Did she have ethical practices? Was she always on time for appointments and reliable? Advice from people that you know is always welcome when you are making a critical decision.

When you are trying to find a realtor, you must look at all of your options. Just because an agent is always busy does not mean that she is the best in town. Talk with several realtors around your area until you find one that you can relate to. If you work well together, if will be much easier to accomplish the job at hand.
